Peanut was brought into the vet clinic where I work on September 7th, 2007 to be placed up for adoption because the older
dog in the household didn't get a long with her. Peanut is very sweet and loving. BUT DEFINITELY does NOT get along with
other dogs or cats. She is fine with other dogs AS LONG as ABSOLUTELY NO TOYS OR FOOD are involved, which just isn't feasible
100% of the time, so she will ONLY be adopted to a home where she can be the only pet. For now, Peanut is on a medical hold
until she has had both of her surgeries performed and is recovered. Which may not be until 2008 some time.

Patellar Luxation
Almost immediately after she was brought in, I noticed that she was walking funny on her back end and had the veterinarian
check her. Peanut has grade 3-4 Patellar Luxation in both back legs. Basically every time she walks her knees slip in and
out of place causing pain and discomfort. Peanut needs surgery to correct this problem.
